- Date of admission test (for bengali and english) : 16.6.2013.
- Time of admission test (for bengali and english) Bengali : 11.00 a.m.-12.30 p.m., English: 2.00 p.m. - 3.30 p.m.
- Last date of submission of selection forms : 11.06.2013 (before 5.00 p.m.)
- Checking of enlisted forms 18th & 19th of june, time 11.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m.
- Spot checking of admission test copies of Bengali and English 18th, 19th and 20th june, 2013.
- Publication of first merit list will be on 22.06.2013 at 5.00 p.m.

- Subject will be given weight 6 and aggregate will be given weight 4 (For all subjects except Bengali & English).

- Admit Card of Secondary Examination in original.
- Mark sheet, Admit Card and Registration certificate of H.S or equivalent examination, in original should be produced for verification and One set of Xeroxed Copy (without attestation) of the above are to be enclosed with the form.
- Attested Xeroxed copy of the Caste/ Tribe certificate from the competent authority is to be enclosed along with Admission Forms.
- Two copies of stamp/ passport sized photographs.
- Physically Challenged Candidates are to produce attested Xeroxed Copy of their supporting documents from the competent authority along with Selection or Admission Form.

- Selection forms will be issued from counter no. 1 to 4 from 5.6.2013 to 12.06.2013 between 10.30am to 3.00pm.
- Last date of submission of selection forms : 12.06.2013 (before 5.00pm).
- Selection forms are to be dropped in the specific boxes. (except bengali and english to be submitted in the specific counter within 5 p.m.) and forms downloaded from our website along with cash)
- Xeroxed copy of the marksheet of the previous examination passed must be enclosed with the selection form.
- Publication of first merit list will be on 24.06.2013 at 4.00pm.

- Candidates securing below 30% marks in the admission test will not be considered in the merit list (bengali and english).
